Yono app permissions: what each one does
Storage, network, microphone and camera permissions in Yono apps: what each permission enables and when the app needs it.
Yono apps request four permissions commonly: storage, network, microphone and camera.
Storage permission is required to read the APK during install and to write the save cache. The app does not read your photo library.
Network permission is required for online tables and update checks. Disable the network permission only if you want the app to run offline; online tables will not work.
Microphone permission is required for in-game voice chat on multiplayer tables. Deny it if you want text-only chat.
Camera permission is required for KYC verification on real-money apps. The image is uploaded to the developer's KYC vendor; the directory does not see or store it.
